| Edam has an "I just stepped into a post card" feel but it is a lovely little town with real people living normal lives. We bought a delicious baguette cheese sandwich and a bottle of wine at the Topper Delicatessen for lunch and sat on a bench along the canal. Edam was a great day trip from Amsterdam. It was a beautiful sunny day and only locals on the streets with us. |
